    On sept8 2022 I rebook the same site *** water and electric I had for the next years as I do every year for over 10 years. They charged me 131.00. Now I get a new invoice that says I owe 191.$ and that I have I a 60$ balance. Thus was a tent site in the past and now added electric and water and raised the prize. On that same day I reserved site 106 full hookups. Again I have been camping here many many years will tons of freinds and family. They since stopped going because of the new owners. They charged 244$ me paying 144 and still owed 60.00. Now yesterday they charged the rest of the 60 and for the other one charged. Their invoices are not broken Down to see what money was paid on what day and whether they had my approval to charge my credit card. I had a bunch of credit that was being supplied that they dont show what was credit or not. I was stuck in Italy due to an airline strike and could call from overseas or get mail since 8/26. So I had my son n daughter trying to take off working with them about the two reservation. So son was told no refunds so he said don’t cancel then as she might find someone to take the sites. When told me via text I told him don’t cancel then as we will resell them but in the airport I thought I’d try to emails them to get it straightened out. We always keep are spots year to year. I got home after flying for two days straight and 6 hours after I got home I called and finally was able to speak to them. I asked again about the refund since I couldn’t help my situation. When they said they cancelled them already with no refund and with no credit for next year I again explain some times things happen and as business you have to give your customers a break. Long term customers! They reminded me of their new policy of no refunds or credit. I said I’d be willing to pat a cancellation fee like other place might charge. I said then I’ll come or get a friend to come to use the spaces. They said I can’t do that either since they cancelled my reservation and rebooked them. So now these crooks are being paid twice for the same site. They wouldn’t loose any money since they rebooked it and they usually have people waiting on sites. Normal business should not double dip. I want my money back since they are being paid for the same sites less maybe 60,00 cancellations fee like normal campgrounds might do at the most. They were rude, unable to listen what happened to me, just said policy is policy. They were campers and they know emergencies come up that we can’t control. If the site goes unsold I can see that they would loose money and then should have done compensation here but that’s not the case. This is robbery. Deceptive practices, double dipping etc. they need investigated as I’m sure I’m not the first long term camper that’s been screwed out of money since these robbers took over.
