    Our general contractor hired them, so didn’t think to ask questions. He asked for 75% upfront (learned recently it’s illegal to ask for more than 33%.) He sent his employees for the original consultation and they didn’t write anything down. Then when it came to do the work things were forgotten and multiple miscommunications. Said they were gonna show up multiple times and never did. Delayed us finishing our overall renovation multiple weeks, didn’t seem to care. Work (once completed) was good, but the owner/head electrician was unprofessional and frankly a dick. He wanted the remaining 25% before the final electrical inspection. Acted as if that was unreasonable not to pay him the remaining 25% before the final inspection and threatened to cancel the final inspection if we didn’t pay him first. I’m pretty sure he lied about calling for the final electrical inspection. Overall not a great experience.
