    Now known as ****** ****. We boarded my dog here and asked for only his feet hair to be trimmed. The groomer gave him a full groom (which we did not say anything about) on a Tuesday. We picked up our dog on a Saturday and noticed on Sunday that there were 2 large cuts on this base of his tail where the groomer decided to shave his fur. These cuts were untreated and infected and we were not notified of the incident. The owner finally returned my phone call to tell me that it is not his problem, the groomer has good reviews, it is in the past, and asked what I expected him to do about it. He acknowledged that the did not treat the wounds for the 5 days that my dog was in their care. He is now fighting me on vet bills and has yet to provide a refund for the groomer that injured my dog. He said this is not his problem and I can take it up with his groomer, but he is the OWNER of the pet resort. Absolutely negligent behavior towards the animals in their care. We have been using this pet resort for 10+ years with no issues, but *** and his wife ****** took ownership recently and are clearly neglecting the animals and withholding medical care and not notifying pet owners of serious injuries that happen in their care.
