    I was supposed to receive a knife made by this company by the projected time of 6months. I made this order in March 24th 2023 and I should have recieved it in September, maybe October if they were running behind. This knife was a gift for a birthday and would not arrive in time once October had come around. So I asked for a refund and someone got back to me and said will do and so I waited and waited and still no refund. I then contacted them three more times from their site help page and not a single response and still no refund. Ive now grown frustrated and feel as if I have been robbed of my money. I would like my money back at any means necessary. Im not sure if others have experienced this problem with this company but it wouldnt surprise me. Thanks,**********

    I ordered a knife on 9/22/2022 for $250. The order number is *****. At the time the impression was given that the order would take about 90 days to complete and ship. The knife still hasn't shipped after multiple emails requesting a ship date for the knife. On 11/17/2023 I requested that my order be canceled and my money refunded as I was tired of waiting and getting the runaround. There has been no response. Today I sent my third email asking for them to acknowledge that they cancel my order and refund my money.

    Dear Sir/Madam, I paid $430.25 for a GSO-12 knife from Survive Knives. My order Number is *****. I made that purchase knowing it might take a while, but it has now been over 2 years. I would like my knife!!!!!I'm the director of ******************** LLC, a company with a 5 star trip advisor rating, so I take customer service very seriously, and yet I'm witnessing no customer service at all from these folks. I purchased this knife to clear and upkeep trails in the State Forest. All I see are other new knives being finished and shipped, yet no word on ours. I have called and emailed ( in fact I send a polite email every week) but no response.

    - Transaction of $298.79 USD was for a preorder on Thu, Sep 14, 3:15?PM.- Requested a cancellation of the preorder and a refund, due to personal reasons, on Fri, Sep 22, 8:20?AM.- Seller responded on Mon, Sep 25, 8:26?PM, saying refunded added to system and pending. - I tried contacting many times on after that to get an update, and the last non-committal reply from them was on Wed, Oct 4, 8:34?PM saying they will take care of the refund as soon as they can. - Until now, nothing from them. I tried contacted them on social networks (*********, ********* and my comments on the refund are deleted by them.

    Purchased a knife on Sept 9, 2022 that was supposed to be ready in 90 days. It has been over a year and no knife has been sent. I contacted them on Sept 16, 2023 to ask status. On Sept 18, 2023 I was told they would try and get me a knife in a week or get a refund. I never heard back. I contacted them again on Sept. 25, 2023 and told them since they did not send the knife that I want a refund. They replied the next day on Sept. 26 and said they would issue a refund. It is now Oct. 17 and I still do not have a refund.     I placed an order for 2 knifes 6/25/2021 that I have never received. My order number is #*****. I later called to change the handle color of one knife and it changed the order date for that one knife to 3/7/2022 with that order number being #*****. My order total was close to $500. I haven't even able to get any support or help from calling Survive Knifes and I am very frustrated at this point. I've been a previous customer and been happy with the quality, but at this point, this business seems to be scamming their customers and I am extremely disappointed.

    purchased a *** 5.1 in October of 2022 and was told would deliver in 90 days and now 11 months later product has never been delivered and multiple attempts have been made through email and through messaging on the website and have gotten zero response have asked for a refund aswell and have gotten no response there either at this point i just want my money back or to get what i paid for 11 months ago

    Knife maker Survive Knives, has taking money of hundreds of people including me promising a product (knive) that after 8 years later the product hasn't arrived. I have spoken to the owner (***) and his wife (*****) and there is always the same speech. We are working on it, it should be mailed soon, waiting for materials, went to my honeymoon, and the excuses list is much much longer. If you visit their ******* channel you'll see all the comments people make about the customer service the company provides. Not all orders are 8 years old like mine but most people are complaining about the lack of communication and time of their orders are taking to ship (years). Survive knives are quick to respond emails when is about ordering but once they have your money they ghost you. People have been complaining for years and I hope someone from the BBB gets involved and stops this kind of business practice. Thank you very much for your time

    Paid for a knife from this company in January of 2023. Have still not received the knife. The company does not respond to email.
