    On 4/14/22 I contracted Tim A******** to solve a water erosion problem with my solid shale driveway. Mr. A***** informed me that he needed to divert the water runoff by first trenching out culverts on either side of my drive, and then bring in loads of crush and run stone and rolling the stone. He assured me that this would resolve the problem and that should I have any problems in the future that he would at his time and expense return as often as necessary to repair. The stone he used was after the fact and by his own admission of an inferior mix of stone to sand. When I complained that upon each rain my drive turned into a muddy mess, and that the erosion continued he promised to return with more stone, remix, and roll to resolve. Upon further phone calls to him he made more promises, the last of which was on 5/20/22. At that time he promised to return to fix the problem in 3 weeks, probably sooner! It is now 7/27/22 and he has not returned and refuses to take my calls! on 7/20/22 I wrote him a detailed email to document the issue which I can provide. He was paid a total of $7729 for his services and my driveway is completely washing out again! I honestly don't know what else to do at this point short of taking the issue to court. I am hoping the BBB can get him to return and live up to the many promises he has made.
