  My kids were there for only a month. They didnt have daycare experience previously & they were made aware. They gave us a two day termination letter that they EMAILED! handbook states-require a 2 week notice, however gave us 2 days notice! They stated that our kids werent transitioning well. My kid did hit the *********** did receive a call on this. I asked what this meant. Never did she mention termination! I initiated a convo abt bringing outside sources in. She agreed & I contacted early *********************** them. They didnt follow their protocol in their handbook that states if a child has behaviors they will document behaviors over a week, have a mtg. to discuss behavior plan, track for another 2 wks, & if no improvement will ask family to seek outside behavioral support. Not completed. I spoke to the owner to discuss the letter. She didnt even have the decency to bring me into her office & spoke in the foyer in front of everyone. I brought up how they werent following handbook & when I picked my kids up later the teacher mentioned that the 2 was of notes on behaviors were in my kids bag. I was frantically looking for other placement which I let them know. We both work full time jobs & have no supports that could assist so we truly relied on them. They called us almost every day to come get our kids early which affected our livelihood! They did not care about this & no accommodations were made for us. I insisted on a meeting with the teachers, parents, and director. The meeting occurred 1 day before termination date. They were not willing to work with us. They stated that a worker came to them & stated that she would quit if my kid stayed (give me a break!) Im writing this to warn other families of the nightmare that we lived so no one will ever have to go through what we did. We met with a behavioral psychologist and pediatrician who assured us that our kids are normal toddlers who are going through a transition in an inhospitable environment.
