      We contracted with Morelli Concrete to pour a stamped colored 10x18 concrete patio with a sitting wall. The color of the concrete was charcoal. The crew arrived and the patio was poured on April 19, 2024. They could not seal the concrete until it was set, so a worker came back on Monday, April 22 to seal the patio. At that time, we pointed out to the worker the white spots that were all over the concrete. He told us not to worry and that they would go away. We called the office the following day to reiterate the fact that the while spots were throughout the concrete . An email with a picture was sent to Morelli Concrete on April 26. We were told to wait at least 2 weeks to see if the spots went away. If they did not, we were to call them back and they would send someone out to inpect. After 2 weeks we called and said the spots did not go away. We called at least 5 times with no response from the business. Numerous voice mails were left as well. I finally got to speak with ****** ( If I remember her name correctly) and she said she would talk to **** and set up a time to come out and see the concrete. I did not discontinue the phone call until I had a scheduled date and time for the visit. **** showed up the next day to inspect the concrete. We were informed by him the spots would not go away without an intervention. He said the sealer would need to be removed with a chemical and they would need to work to remove the spots. He stated they were very busy but that he could return in several weeks. Again, numerous voice mails were left and no one bothered to return any of our calls or reach out to us to fix this problem. When the initial review was filed - we had a call from ****** and she stated she will talk to Bruno and have someone get back to us. That has been a week ago and I do not expect to hear back from anyone so the review is being refiled as a dispute .
