  Corilo Home Solutions did our driveway, retaining wall and side stoop.The retaining walls are not straight, the back of one retaining wall was left exposed and some of the broken and chipped bricks used left gaps in the retaining wall. We were told that the bricks were what the company sent and that nothing could be done. On request, they did come and bring dirt to cover up the exposed back of the wall.The driveway is slanted to the right at the top, there are divets, the sewer drain line was covered in concrete, left concrete splatter on the side of our porch. The concrete was sloppily broom brushed down the driveway. We were told the concrete was left in the concrete truck too long by the company, causing these issues because they had to work fast. at what point in pouring the concrete did they realize it was a bad batch..and why did they keep working with it instead of sending it back?I had to have them reframe the bottom of the driveway because it wasnt symmetrical.******* paid for a colleague to come out and cover the driveway with an overlay that somewhat improved the project, but it still isnt perfect.I dont understand why they continued to use the same concrete to pour the side stoop knowing it was a bad load. The side stoop was left with a sloppy brush finish, and they patched up the sides with a darker color of concrete that makes it look messy. They left a large gap at the bottom of the side stoop that I had to ask to be repaired. There must have been leaves mixed in with the concrete that they brushed over and the concrete started cracking, exposing leaf prints and leaving holes in the concrete. Our stoop also now puddles right in front of the door.The entire side stoop is an issue that has not been remedied.Overall, even if they had a perfect load of concrete, it was very sloppy work. We had to be in contact with them over and over again about things that needed to be fixed, and we were still left with a substandard finish.

  Hi ********,I wanted to clear a few things up from this review.The wall was not going to be straight due to your request to fit 2 cars at the bottom of the driveway and the single car at the top of the driveway where the garage was. your request was to make the bottom wider than the top. This will cause the wall to have a curve to it by design.There are no gaps in the wall, the couple gaps are where the caps of the wall meet the tumbled finish side which is a rough side. I did per your husbands request close those gaps by shaving the block.The rear of the one side of the wall was exposed due to its height. Landscaping was not included in the quote, but we did add dirt at our own expense.Yes, we had issues with the concrete due to the driver returning to the plant after they were halfway to your location. this was not brought to my attention until all the concrete was in and ready to finish. I asked the driver why it's setting up so fast. At that time, he told me what happened. At this point all we could do was make the best out of a very bad situation. I did express to you and your husband that we were notified after the concrete was in and about to be finished. Your engineer neighbor who at your request met with me expressed it wasn't my fault, the plant was at fault. Your husband was present.We didn't have to reframe because it wasn't symmetrical, we reframed because you requested the ends to be at a 45-degree angle instead of straight. That was a 5 minute adjustment. Which we were happy to do ***** for the stoop, we did our best with the hand we were dealt with. My last correspondence with your husband was I will replace it in the spring if he wants me to. I haven't heard anything since. Our work is not sloppy, we had a bad batch of concrete and there was only so much we could do. I was always transparent with you both and never walked away from you, never ignored you, did everything I could to try and right a wrong. Even though the wrong was not our fault. If you recall, when I was complete, I came to you and expressed that I wasn't happy with it and told you I will do what I can to make this right. i was upfront about everything and waited for your husband to come home that day to meet with him even though I had to make last minute arrangements for someone to pick up my kids from school. I went as far as spending $4,000 to another company who specialized in concrete coatings.

  Worst experience I have ever had. The dream of a beautiful new front porch and mud room ruined. Horrible concrete work, mud room leaks, concrete cracked and has holes in it and its only been one year!!Insulting owners offering less than 10% refund. Spend thousands of dollars on one of the worst jobs Ive ever seen.I would not recommend this company.

  Hi ******,I appretiate the review. We came out multiple tmes to address the leak but your husband later informed us that when you replaced your front door the leaking stopped. It appeares that the door was the cause of the leak and not our work. I did offer a refund before the information on the door was disclosed. Yes, there is a crack at the bottom of the step to your walkway. Sadly, concrete does crack, we take all the measures to reduce that but it happens. The location of the crack though is where we would want it. Same goes for the false joints. False joints are installed to controll cracking.I do apologize you feel this way and anyone with concern can view our ****** profile to see we do quality work.Thank You
