Beards & Builds were hired to do framing and drywall, stairwell and repairs to my kitchen, install my bathroom. He made an absolute mess of my property. Ruined new drywall(walls and ceiling), improperly and unsafely installed railing kit in stairs, ruined my doors but not knowing how to properly cut and install. Left work undone that was in estimate. Promised to come back and repair and/or finish any undone work. Pressured me to give him the final payment so he could purchase materials for rework as well as the work left undone. He then came back only one day and spread more spackling all over his mistakes. Texted the next day and said he was ending this working relationship. I was able to get him to refund me $600 for the painting and $350 for the rail kit which he totally installed improperly and unsafely. I have asked him to do the right thing and refund me for the drywalling as most of it is ruined and will have to be removed and replaced with new. He also broke my back door and promised to fix it, which he did not! He made promises to me that he is not upholding and now isnt answering texts or calls. I am trying to upload pictures (I have so many) but its giving me issues. I can provide print copies if need be and mail them. Or possibly send additional photos through email if you send me an email address. Please help!
