      he removed two trees off my property while doing so he cracked my cement and claim he did

      On 2/26/23 Bryan M*****, the owner of the company, came to our residence on *** **** **** ******* **** ** ***** to provide an estimate to cut down a tree that was dying. We agreed on a quote of $4,400 On 2/27/23 Bryan and his team arrived to cut down the tree which went really well On 2/28/23 We paid Bryan for the service and he told us that his team would be out the next day to clean the yard up On 4/15/23 My sister contacted me stating they never came out to fix our yard as the grass was damaged due to their equipment/machinery so I texted Bryan about it and he stated he'd send someone to fix our yard (see attached pictures) On 4/19/23 I asked Bryan for an ETA on the yard fix up and he stated they were busy and could not commit to a specific date On 5/5/23 I called Bryan again because they still hadn't been out and he stated he'd been sick and hung up on me

      I'm not a landscaper.i recommend she call one.i didn't charge for landscape service. Only tree removal.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      The attached images are a text message exchange with the business owner and myself. He stated that he would send someone for the yard after I showed him the damaged he caused. He did not state the response of "I am not a landscaper" at that time to me as the client. I think he should hold up to his part and fulfill his duty to close out the project.

      You damage people's property and leave them to fix it. During the consultation, you did not express any upfront communication about the yard damage that would occur due to your equipment and process. I believe your insurance should cover instances in which you leave someone's property worse that it looked before your removal services when you've caused it.
