    This company took over managing the apartment building where I have resided with my 2 children since 2018. They have nothing but unprofessional rude lying scam artist. I've been taken to the magistrate about 2-3 times since they have taken over it takes days weeks sometimes months for repairs. I ha e to deal with roaches from the tenant that was evicted next door. A mouse. Faulty wiring, moled, broken basement steps, peeling flooring, holes in the screens. They raised my rent from 515 to 1105 without proper notice via certified mail, email, or letter until today 8/16 with April's date on what looks to be just made up today to cover up this despicable mess. I was demeaned and talked reckless to by **************************** has been very unprofessional in every conversation, I have texts and emails to prove everything. My neighbors haven't received an increase for the same property 2 bedroom 1bath apartment which I'm responsible for light gas water, my water bill is astronomically high dude to a leak that went on from November of 23 until March of 24. This has been the most horrible rental experience I've ever encountered by far.

    This company is Horrible. They stole my security Deposit, lied in court to get me evicted, left me living in unsafe conditions for months with mold. Harassment with eviction notices even though my rent was never late. They brought the property I was renting and renting with them was a nightmare.I want to warn tenants DON'T RENT with this company or **************** in my opinion based on my experience. Very unproffesional, discrimination. Mold, lead paint, never made repairs. 10 out of 10 would not recommend
