    Hi there,

******************* is an Indian citizen, residing in *****, and fraudulently attempting to collect cash compensation from our company.

We are a technology startup that fascilitates recruitment of professionals for targeted B2B market research studies.

************ attempted 31 studies claiming to be a sales and sustainability expert, a business VR user, and oil and gas professional, a financial industry professional, and a marketing decision maker among many other titles. We do not tolerate this behavior and have repeatedly told him it is against or participant terms of service.

He feels he should be able to collect the cash compensation (we pay all respondents) he earned from fraudulently responding to studies pretending to be someone else. Of course this is not possible and those incentives have been credited back to our clients and ************ has been removed from our platform.

I'm happy to share transcripts to which ************ admitted to fraudulently taking surveys with our company. I can be reached at ************** and am the Chief Executive Officer for the business.

    Hello,
    1. Emporia is making false claims that I am an Indian citizen and reside in *****. I would ask Emporia to provide evidence to justify false claims. (I didn't make any claims; Emporia used my information on LinkedIn to contact me.)
    2. Emporia was the one who sent me messages to participate in studies. (screenshot of one message attached)
    3. So studies were terminated if I didn't qualify, but some studies I did complete. For these studies, Emporia sent me emails to claim payouts, but these links didn't work. (screenshot of 1 fake payout attached)

    Requested Resolution:
    1. Make payments for completed studies. (Don't ask for terminated studies.)
    2. Don't send me spam to participate in studies.
Emporia can contact me at ****************, in order to resolve this issue.

************************* was invited to participate in a research study for a study looking to poll the opinions of Indian citizens.

After initial invitation, participants are invited to a participant portal, Polis, where they can see other active studies on platform. ************ proceeded to try to game the system and enter studies he did not qualify for. We have in our participant terms of service that this type of behavior is prohibitted.

For instance, ************ took surveys pretending to be an IT Decision Marker, HR ******** Financial Advisor, and many more. Some of these he was able to fool the original system, but it was identified afterwards. Those surveys, again, per our terms of service, we will not be paying ************ for. He is an Indian citizen, has a LinkedIn profile tied to his account that shows that he lives and works in *****. He's now harrassed several of our employees.
