    I have never done direct business with this company but have had an uncomfortable exchange with one of their employees at the Glen Mills, PA location. My son attends Occupational Therapy in the same building (the office next door to this business). A woman, who I was told was the HR director, was visibly upset when my son used the restroom in the building’s hallway) next to her office door. My son has Autism but is conversational and allowed to use a public bathroom if he needs it. As he was heading into the bathroom, this woman was leaving her office and shouted “is this your son ?” I said yes and she again shouted “he is not allowed in my office !” I said he was going into the bathroom and she continued on, shouting, “he’s going to touch the door handle” and “he’s not allowed in there”. My son’s Occupatiobal Therapist observed what was going on and said “he’s not interested in anything you have in there”. She then rolled her eyes, sighed and walked out angrily. My son was upset on the drive home and said this woman made him feel upset and why was she “yelling” ?
    For someone who works for a Medical Supply business and presumably works with people who have disabilities, this was more than disheartening. I would think twice before using this business due this woman’s obvious lack of compassion and distaste for people with special needs.
