Buyer beware! Regular members are told to leave, Bait/Switch. I Was sold official SkyZone membership with solicits of "Glow" and were told we could do it with our 5 year old, but a week later after joining we were told only 8 year olds can participate in that. Then about 2 months and some time later on a Wednesday because we can only jump until 6:30 or so on FRI & SAT bc of "Glow event times" So on Wednesday school-night, we were told the place would close at 6:30 and we only had 20 minutes to jump just after we drove a while to get there. I dont think its fair that I am a paid member who expects the place open till 8 on Wednesday then all of the sudden am asked to turn away because a private Church party "Renew" from Perkasie- Thats their logo. wants the whole place to themselves.... Skyzone could have reserved some side of the park for regular members but didnt. Many times, the different parts will be closed with limited staff working there. So we can not always climb or dodge ball. The problem is, I asked one church leader if I could spend time there and he gave permission for my family and I to stay. Then about an hour later- Some strange lady wearing all black clothes along with another non-uniform employee with many ear piercing starts demanding I leave the place or she will call the police. I go back to thank the church leaders for allowing my family to stay as long as they have but now I am told to leave. I walk to leave and tell the manager she is not respectful to paid members as my 5 year old child was now crying about being told that she must leave. I was upset and went to leave. The woman all in black followed me out to the car with my family, I told her not to follow me or stalk me, or film me with her camera but she did. About 300 feet away from the main entrance she stood behind my car 10 feet away from me. My wife was afraid and told her to leave us alone, we are leaving. My girl still crying. I drove off and damaged my car on the curb as I left
