    I bought my truck over to our R Phillips service. It has a fuel issue where it is shutting down the owner Bob P******* told me he could fix it he proceeded to tell me it needed a new fuel pump new filters he did all that called me up a week later told me the truck was fixed I came and got it it broke down with the next day. I proceeded to have the truck towed back to Mr. P******s shop, he then told me that the problem was now with the computer on the truck he proceeded to tell me I need a new computer it would have to be reprogrammed from Ford that he could handle everything he proceeded to give me another large bill I picked the truck up and he proceeded to die within 10 miles of his shop here till this day has not responded the truck is currently being fixed at another shop Mr. P******* is an underhanded person beware there are other victims out there he is not a nice man at all beware

    All repairs were agreed upon from customer and completed . Said vehicle needed a transmission repair at time of this service and customer was aware of this . Customer continued to use our repair shop even after this said issue. He has now done this to multiple repair shops looking for refunds or money in return for " problem repairs" . He is a scam artist and thief .

    I am rejecting this response because:
    The truck has since been repaired and it did not need a transmission as Mr. P*************** said it did I have his quote here for over $5000 that he tried to sell me on a transmission that is why we have now retained a law firm in Westchester and we are going to be suing Mr. P************* in court so we will be more than happy to have a judge resolve this issue because the attorney generals office is getting involved

    We fixed the truck each time with approval, the truck never had fuel supply issues after repairs when we test drove it and put it through drive cycles. We drove the truck for 3 days and did not have the issues. Customer approved both repairs mentioned in first complaint.
