    I met in person with ******* on 3/22/23. He did not complete my tax documents at that time, he stated he wanted to do more with it and "would work on it over the weekend". I had no communication from him the entire following week. I called to follow up on Friday 3/31 and was told by the receptionist that ******* was still working on my documents and "would work on it over the weekend." I asked if I could be assured of getting a phone call that my tax documents had been finalized on the following Monday and I was assured this would happen. The entire day passed on Monday 4/3 and I did not receive any communication from *******. I called the office at 7:33pm and another tax professional named *** answered the phone. *** was able to find my tax documents and noted that it did not appear any work had been done on it. *** and I spoke at length and I asked to call him later in the week with additional information. I called back on 4/7 and provided the additional information to the receptionist who said she would pass it on to ***. I called back on 4/14 as I had heard nothing from ***. He was able to complete my tax documents at that time but stated that he did not know how to take payment. I also asked *** if he would be willing to take a look at my tax documents for 2020 and 2021 to see if anything could be adjusted that might increase the refund. *** stated that he could do that. He advised that any amendment to 2020 tax forms was due by 4/18/23 (3 year deadline) so he would work on those first. I emailed *** my tax documents for 2020 and 2021. On 4/15 I called to pay my bill and was advised the receptionist had printed the 2020/2021 documents for ***. I never heard from *** after this and was advised when I called on 4/19 that *** only works there during tax season and he was done for the year. I was told that "***'s mom" would try to find something out. I called again on 4/20, 4/24, 5/1, and was told ***'s mom was supposed to be working on it. Still have no answer.
