    I filed a complaint with my insurance coverage plan and was assigned this company. (Kwik Fix). On Nov 17th 2022 the rep from the company, **************** arrived to evaluate and quote the job. He stated the issues and that the job would be $600 to repair. I gained the approval from the insurance company. ***** stated a $500 deposit was needed for the parts and service. I issued the check. Multiple texts and calls to the company went answered with no date to repair. On 12/20 I received a text from "****" that ***** had been terminated and i would be getting a refund on my payment. As of 1/18/23, I have reached out multiple times and have not received my check for the refund. Upon looking up the phone numbers provided, ************ (****'s) is registered to ***********************, ironically sharing the same last name as Ceown. To date, no repair and no refund issued.
