    I dropped my smart key in water, I called Minute Key and a representative by the name of Mohammed A******** came out chatted on the phone for 20 minutes to an unknown person and then he mentioned he had to order my part and quoted me 450$ I hesitated and agreed, then he got in my car and showed me how to use my smart key. After he showed me how to use it, he asked if I still wanted him to order the part. I said no I wanted to find it for a cheaper price. also he didn't change the battery in my smart key after he told me he did. After doing nothing, I was still in the same spot but the next day I found out that my card was charged for 279$ after calling in reference for the bill that was essentially for nothing. No one that worked at Minute Key would tell me the representatives name, and I found it on my bank statement. I can't afford to take this kind of loss I would like to know what can be done Regards,*************************
