    I took my dog to the Dog Stop in Allison Park, PA for grooming. They cut her on her leg and neglected to tell me. She yelped I am sure! The next day she was limping and crying and had a 3/4 inch cut on her lower leg. I called and they kept denying anything had happened until I sent them a picture of the cut. She is no longer limping or crying but she had a vet appointment on May 7 and vet said there is a lump now and is irritated. I just wish they had told me what happened when I picked her up from them after the grooming. They KNEW they had accidentally cut her! Just inform the customer!

    Hello, 

    We are in receipt of the complaint from this customer regarding a recent grooming that her dog received at our The Dog Stop Allison Park location. We have conducted an exhaustive review of this matter and have spoken with our Groomer and General Manager. Our investigation did not uncover any negligence or mishandling on the part of the Groomer. Nevertheless, we care deeply for all dogs in our care, as well as the complete satisfaction of our customers. Because of this, we will immediately refund the disputed amount of $85.00 to the customer. We now consider this matter closed. Thank you.
