    I had a service done last summer/fall paid a substantial amount. The result is I used more fuel(oil) and firewood this heating season than I have in all the time I have lived in this home. Granted it was a bit colder, but not that cold that I should have doubled my oil and increased my firewood from a normal usage of 4 cord to 7. Not sure what they did but it sure didn't help or meet my expectation or their advertising. My advise is shop around let the buyer beware.

    Re: USA Insulation of Raleigh 1. They have you sign a 7-page legal document that gets them off the hook for doing a bad job. BEWARE!2. A team of men came 4 weeks early according to their schedule. The salesman said, "I came on my day off to help the men." Why would he come on his day off? And why would the men need his help? 3. A company who puts insulation in the walls of a house should be VERY experienced with taking off and putting the siding back on without damage. The inexperienced men who came made several small dents in our siding. They are very noticeable because they are at eye level as you walk around the house.4. They left a shiny, greasy substance on the front and back of the house. Cleaner and pressure washer won't even take it off.5. They also left a mess on the corner of our Trex deck that won't come off with cleaner and pressure washing. It has taken a noticeable amount of color out of the Trex decking. Again, I asked them 3 times to clean it up and they just walked off and left.5. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    I feel it is a total waste of money i have cold spots were i know they did not insulate at all after they were suppose to they clogged heater ducts with foam after a month of waiting i cleaned it out my self they shorted out recitable that i had to replace i would never recommend this.

    We requested an estimate for a whole house that we were remodeling. ****** came out as scheduled and said someone would be in touch with us later that day. We didn't hear anything that night so I called the next day as we wanted the job done the next week which they said would be no problem. ****** never returned my call and we never got a quote.

    We had our enclosed patio walls foamed, so far the outside wall temperatures compared to the inside wall is 65 degrees. In my opinion ***. Insulations foam is thr best way to insulate walls.

    This house was inspected after the insulation was installed. All areas that were insulated are performing as expected. A large window in the house may be contributing to this issue.
