    3-30-22 I purchased a $675 one year subscription to HC Grading Company/ Hidden Collectables LLC. One year subscription service included 5 week turnaround time discounted pricing and more. Service HC grading provides is in casing training cards in hard plastic slabs for protection. I sent off many orders from March April into May of personal trading cards to be in case by HC grading company. Service took well longer than 5 weeks some taking longer than 6 months to return. When first order arrived back that was sent off April 6th 22 61 out of the 70 slabs were either chipped crack squeaky or not sealed at all on bottom right side as to the point of the cards falling / sliding out of their protective case. Brought this to the owners attention key States you are not the first person to tell me about this issue. Why does he continue to send out product when he knows there is a ongoing issue? I tell him I would like to get the slabs fixed he says he will fix them but he will not pay for any return shipping label I asked to see his policy on returns and refunds as I could not find them on his website. He then States company does not have any policies in place this is just his personal policy. I tell him if we cannot come to agreement on the return label I will open a refund on the 61 damage slabs via ******. He tells me if I open a refund on ****** he will then return all orders that he has from us and he will not issue any refunds. The other orders he has has nothing to do with the damage slab orders they were different orders different dates different payments. Today 9 20 2022 he sends me a tracking number for the remaining orders not completed he is sending our cards back to us without the service being done. I asked for a refund he states he will not be refunding any money at all on any orders even though he has not completed or done anything to the last few orders. We have screenshots and proof on multiple occasions of him stating bogus time frames and denying refund
