I was sent to this transmission shop after my transmission started to act up. The sales associate, stated that he took his car there for a transmission and they did an amazing job. I could find any information about the place until I received the receipt and looked the place up online. Almost all the reviews were terrible, scroll down to see that the sales associate left great reviews(of course). After a few months of driving the check engine light came back on. So, I took it back and wait over three weeks for the car. I was in contact with the sales associate and he kept giving me the run around. This is when I found **** the auto mechanics phone number online. So, I called him and started communicating with him instead of ***(the sales associate). **** stated that he changed the problem twice but the light kept coming back on. He stated hes finished with the truck for quite some time and that I can come pick it up whenever because the problem is now electrical and thats something that he doesnt work on. He stated that I would have to take it to another mechanic to have them look at the electrical harness. Which I did the new mechanic is stated that it isnt electrical l, the original code on the truck is the same as before and it has nothing to do with electrical components of the truck. After speaking to the second mechanic he stated that **** can give him a call, but **** never did and its been over two weeks. I have tried calling **** but my calls are ignored. At this point I am stuck because I need my truck fixed properly not the way it was done originally.
