    the wrong paint was used throughout and especially in the bathrooms, the master bedroom/bathroom (wont use silicone based) was never fully completed and the gutter guards are installed incorrectly among a ton of short cuts and they cut corners and purchased items without approval. The job is not finished and company refuses to work with the resident about scheduling and show up unannounced and do subpar work. Its like putting lipstick on a pig. The mold/mildew build up behind wall is beyond noticeable or even at a point to where one would ask what was wrong with the wall. The police have had to be contacted due to *** not ignoring simple things like, I need to go to the hospital and show up even after being text before they show up, I have to go to the *** today when they open so it isnt a good day for work

    In regards to the complaint placed by **** ******,
    We are contracted through his mother, *******. She has made every payment and received every invoice for this project. **** is the tenant who resides in the property. In regards to his allegations, it is our company's policy that we print and save all correspondence both incoming and outgoing. **** chose the paint color, the finish for the new cabinetry, the new countertops, all lighting fixtures, all flooring etc. We purchased the exact item numbers that he chose.We are approximately 97% completed on the project. Our team has some finishing work remaining, but have been unable to gain entry to complete the project. We begin ay 7am, and several mornings the crew would show up and he would refuse to answer the door. This remodel has been drawn out much longer than anticipated because we are unable to complete the work if we are unable to gain entry. Last week, we had a subcontractor attempt to deliver a replacement for a cabinet that had appeared damaged and he threatened them with a gun if they did not leave his property. It is still in pur shop to be delivered. Mr ****** has quite a few physical issues as well as severe mental health issues that have made this project much more time intensive. The local sheriff's department receives calls to his address several times throughout the week. We have endured threats from Mr ****** throughout, but wanted to ensure he had a safe and clean hone. We have done our very best to accommodate every request that Mr ****** has had throughout this process. We are a very busy, small business, and have rearranged our schedule constantly to attempt to complete this large renovation. Everything has been done per specifications and local building codes. We cannot complete a job when denied access to the property. We would like to complete the finishing  and can do so in 2-3 days. Due to our crews concerns over their safety, we will schedule when our client, ******* ****** can assure us that **** will not be present in the home. We request no contact from **** at this point and that all contact and correspondence go through his mother, our client. She has informed us that she has also emailed in response to this baseless accusation.

    I am rejecting this response because:

     

    Almost everything he said is a lie. I chose nothing aside from the color of the paint and ceiling fan and had to do what I could to get the flooring I wanted. They also wouldnt fully eradicate any mold if they ripped up the floor and saw some. Theyd stomp a piece of ply wood on it. And I have not threatened any of them. All Ive said is that Tods is fired and not allowed on my property. I have the proof about the medical conditions being worsened. And also the entire time they have told me I was the property owner. But they show up unannounced all the time and leave when ever they want. Even sent those people unannounced and they agreed that that was wrong, They can give her the money back and just be done with it because their company has done nothing aside from worsen my health conditions.

     

    They dont ventilate the place, he says, I use this paint in doctors offices, you can be around it while it dries. I also said the paint needed to be silicone based the paint is not. Theres mold/mildew problems already. We had an entire different lay out of the kitchen and he kept it the same. I can take picture of the subpar work and send it off. Ive had to maintain this place myself. Like I said, theres already mold/mildew growing behind walls. Above the shower in the top left corner of the bathroom in the in the master bedroom its squishy. I put caulk on it and surround the crack that connects the ceiling to the wall. I do not trust them on my property and she doesnt even live in this state. But again, there are no baseless claims. And the people he sent, this has been three times now, had the wrong cabinet that I didnt get to choose. It was seven foot tall with a small shelf at the top and the rest open. The first time he said it was painted white and had to go back the second time I had to call *** to get them to get hire someone to help me bring it in only to see it was damaged. The third time. I did not threaten anyone with a gun or at all. I told them to get off my property and take the cabinet with them after we opened and looked at it. The inside didnt have shelves. I did use some colorful language but no threats were made.

    And the police told me to call them if he came back. I dont feel safe with them completing anything and would rather a handyman/gal help me patch up their mistakes and then have to hire someone to fix the gutter guard that they installed incorrectly. Because they arent going to fix their mistakes. They over look everything. The kitchen window isnt even installed correctly. The paint peels off if you scrub a **** thats on it. This a money and an insurance scam. Im not a tenant, Im a co owner from everything Ive been told. *** himself said this is my property. This has been going on since February and he told me it would take a couple of months. Even a sheriff asked and this a quote, you just want someone to help finish that place thats not going to keep s******* you over, I get it. So this is far from a baseless claim.

    I also picked out medicine cabinets that he did not get. The ones he got are cheap and small and only have one door.

    I would like to just be done with the company and would not like them to come back on the property.
