      On April 11, 2023 I had to have an ambulance that took me from my home to the local hospital. The local hospital was unable to help me and I had to be transferred by ambulance to a bigger hospital to the next biggest city. I paid a subscription to this ambulance company and highmark ********** blue shield. I paid everything except what is on the attached paperwork. MAASI (ambulance service) billed me for the amount of $240.72 which I paid as seen in paperwork. Photo of check attached. I didn't hear anything more from MAASI until a collections (C.C.I) contacted me by mail that I owed for what the Highmark Blue Shield already paid. I sent copies of proof that this was paid and CCI sent me a statement saying that I paid $0 which is included in the paperwork. Now CCI is saying I owe $886.63 for October 31, 2023. I didn't use the ambulance service on any dates other than the April 2023 dates. I was in heart failure when I had the April service and I have never used it before or after. My last name was ********** and I have remarried and it is now ******. The Ambulance company is trying to SCAM because they already got paid by me and by my insurance company. I have proof in the photos below. I tried to call and contact the ambulance service who I had the subscription from and they refused to work with me. According to highmark **********, I overpaid and I am owed a refund. I expect a refund and I am expected to have this removed from my credit.
