    DISSATISFIED and UNETHICAL QUALITY. Country Farms was contracted to do landscape project around house, Contract included raised shrub beds, planting of shrubbery and mulch. The raised shrub beds were to be TOPSOIL. A few years later, a home heating oil tank needed replaced. The oil tank contractor dug around the foundation to replace oil tank. Under the top surface of raised beds were found substantial number of large rocks ranging from one to two feet in length (not stones, large ROCKS). The entire foundation raised bed is filled with this under-quality large ROCK filler. We were billed for PREMIUM TOPSOIL. This is viewed as unethical business practice. If this situation was discovered earlier, a legal and monetary remedy would have been sought. We find that Country ******** uses deceptive and unethical means to their financial advantage. Do not trust this company. TOTAL DISSATISFACTION.

    We worked for **************** in July of **** and have never received a phone call or complaint stating that he was dissatisfied with the work done. We do not install raised shrub beds with 'stone or rocks' under the topsoil. Details of this project are not accessible due to the length of time that have passed. This formal complaint, after 23 years, is outrageous and we deny the accusation that the company is unethical or deceptive. Country Farms has been in business for over 40 years and is proud of its' reputation for honesty, integrity and customer satisfaction.
