    *** has been great to work with over the past couple of years. He is always helping to look at fitness from different angles and program workouts and diets to your individual goals. His attention to detail has helped my move from a guy who would stumble around the gym to someone who works out with a purpose and specific goal in mind. His genuine caring attitude creates an environment that is conducive to success.

    *** is an excellent trainer, knowledgeable and personable. His prices are very reasonable. His training is done in a private gym so the client gets one-on-one attention in a comfortable environment. Highly recommend!
