    This is ***** ******, i have been paying an insurance with you since we bought my house, **** ****** ******* **,
    Around 2 weeks ago I had this liking, that was making my fire alarm go on and damaging my carpet , so I call you and after long time a guy came to my house, just see the problem, made me pay him $75 dollars in advance just to tell me that he didn’t bring the tools needed, so that he was going to come back and he never did.

    I had to call and call and after days they told me that they where not able to fix anything so that I had to call old republic again to call someone else,

    Since then NO ONE has resolved my problem, my neighbor came to fix it with his own hands and still have the hole in my room!!!!
    I have been told from you that some manager I think Scott approve to give me $100 so that someone can fix the hole, but nothing else, from then no one has call me back, no one has come to my house and no one is answering my call.

    It’s not fair and its incredible that a company like this pretends to do something but you don’t do nothing at all, are just behind the money.

    I want my $75 dollars back and I really want to cancel this horrible service !!!!!

    Otherwise I’ll have to escalate this issue.

    Can’t handle this anymore.
