      They do not follow through with outside doctors orders for testing and/or medications. I agree with the previous reviews. Where you live does dictate what center are you enroll in. Try this program in a different community. Change your address to avoid this center.

      The whole company is a joke they promise you the world and provide no health care and they basically steal your insurance money most disorganized health care in the world and a young teen could do better job then they do many hips violations and finally anyone who wants this service your better off running away they never have nurses my mother has gone almost two months without home visit or even a phone call from them

      If you ever want to use them and are self pay run don't walk away. They promise you the world when you sign up and never follow through on their promises. The intake girls are very nice. I guess that's how they get you hooked. The nurse ***** is the only person that seems to care. They constantly call you and make promises to correct the problems yet it still continues. If you have a loved one with dementia install a camera because they will tell you that they are coming every day yet they are not.
