      My card was used at this place of business and I did not make this appointment. I asked for a refund and she agreed to half and then refused. Filed a dispute with my bank and she disputed that as well.

      You no call no showed for your appointment. You were fully aware of the cancellation policy and as a courtesy I refunded you half. Further more, the bank didnt even believe you. I didnt dispute it, they called me for my side and took my side.
