    Today at 122 am a $ ***** charge was made by Tropical sunsations. This is completely understandable called for, since I haven't been a customer in over a year. I did not expect the money to just be taken out. I am pregnant and need that money to buy food. They should not be able to just take your hard earned money, especially since I can't even use their services anymore because, again, I am pregnant. I need a refund and if I don't get in contact with the owner I will be filing another complaint.

    Hello 
    I made a complaint about tropical sunsations charging me for a package to a salon. 

    I'm just writing to you to clarify everything about my case. A charge was add to my debit card this morning to pay for the package (*****) I picked over a year and a half ago.

    There condition to cancel memberships is you have to mail in a request to the owner at the Latrobe,Pa  establishment. I failed to do so because I moved away and no longer used their services. 

    My card was charged even when I haven't used their services in over a year and half. .....
    my card got declined each charge until today.  

     I was told I owe over 400 + dollars to Tropical Sunsations since they've been trying to charge since I stopped going to tan way over a year ago. 

    We are living in a recession and milk is 5 dollars a **** gallon ! I can't afford to be pay for something I haven't used or stepped foot in for over a year and a half. 

    Bottom line, They need to fix how BM customers cancel subscriptions, and  to take people out of their laptop computer system, while removing their banking information.

    I have attempted to cancel my reoccurring subscription with this company several times. I followed proper "procedure" for this company and sent in a written letter requesting my account be canceled. All requests have been ignored and they are still charging my credit card and I have not used the tanning service in months. I am canceling my credit card and filing a fraud claim against them because they refused to cancel it.
