We have found, despite our repeated telephone calls and emails that we have been put into collection for Bill that was Paid in full in March2 of 2024with PNC bank, check #*** -******************* - $223.44 to cover both of our account numbers that were written on the bills for both of us and was enclosed with the check.Clover five times I have spoken with people from this office. All of them have assured me that they understand that it was one check that covered the amount for two visits. When the check was put in the envelope to be mailed, we also included both of our bills, including our account numbers. we are very old and are very interested and having our account spotless in the case of our death, so is not too cause confusion with our executors. The woman today who said she was in charge of the accounts ***** told me that she could not send me an email to put my mind at that the account was now straightened out. We have heard that the account has been straightened out four times previously and now want to have some kind of written proof. She told us that only the leader ship group could handle such an apology and that they cannot be reached by telephone nor can she copy me in her email to them , asking that our account be removed from collection and giving us an apology. When I asked for the phone number of the administrator of the hospital, she asked me what could that possibly have to do with billing? I suppose that it was difficult for this person to understand that the whole reason for building a hospital staffing, it and recruiting patients was to earn money . I am old and blind and tired and cannot get involved anymore with this. I am beginning to think that it is a confederacy of morons. I want an apology. I want our account removed from collection and I want to be certain that there is no negative position with us in terms of a balance .

    ********* *** ********

    Dear Better Business Bureau,

Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the concerns expressed by J** ***** that you
shared in an email June 12, 2024 and received by the Customer Care Center on June 16, 2024.
Allegheny Health Network places great importance on the resolution of concerns that are
expressed by our patient and/or their family members.
I understand that J** ***** has the following concerns with Allegheny Health Network:
? *** ***** called in multiple times regarding a payment that was mailed on March 2, 2024
for her and her spouses account. *** ****** portion of the payment was not applied to
    her account.
? *** ***** is requesting an apology from Allegheny Health Network along with verification
that her account has been removed from collections.
We would like to thank you for bringing *** ******* concerns to our attention, and for
providing us with the opportunity to address them. *** ******* concerns were immediately
shared with the appropriate leadership for investigation and follow up. In response to *** ***** concerns, we have determined:
? After a thorough review it was determined that Allegheny Health Network received one
check payment for both *** ***** and her spouse’s balance; the check only had the
spouses account information listed. The entire payment was applied to the spouse’s
account. Allegheny Health Network had corrected *** ****** payment on June 12, 2024
and removed the account from collections.
? The Customer Care Center has requested a confirmation letter be mailed to the patient
advising that the account has been removed from collections. The Customer Care Center
has reviewed their findings with *** ***** to close the complaint.

We thank you again for sharing *** ****** concerns. We will utilize the feedback you have
shared in our efforts to continually improve our services. I wish all the best for her good health
    and well-being.
Please let me know if you have any additional concerns or require additional information.
    Sincerely,

To: Better Business Bureau <[email protected]>

Thank you so much for sending this.

I am wondering if there is any way that I might talk to a human being, I am legally blind and it is just not possible for me to follow what is being said. I had the impression that there was not any solution or apology offered by HGH. I made very clear that we paid our bill in full and furnished all of the banking information that verified that we had given them every penny that we owe them. The end of my life, outstanding problems can be taken care of so is not to annoy my. Heirs.

I also have a much more complaint on file with you regarding Aqua, who supplies the water to our home and it placed us in a potentially very dangerous financial and physical position because they are not able to regulate the flow of water effectively and it can sometimes surge and destroy appliances or flood homes, in addition while there is a surge some appliances that are not destroyed just use an enormous amount of water in a very short period of time we were charged $333 for a recent morning. This is really really important and it was filed with you too and my name J** ***** Hamilton, Pennsylvania. I do so that you can help me with these things because it is very worrying to be at the end of your life and not able to affectively fine solutions to things that are making it difficult for you to find rest. My phone number is ************ and I can be reached every day after 12 noon – – the reason for this is that my husband is a Parkinson’s patient who suffers night terrors and often sleeps well into the morning. Please help us if you can .
