    I stayed in the Best Western on June 13th and checked out on June 14. When I woke up on the morning of June 13, I had bites all over, and showed management asking them to do something, but that if it was bed bugs that i would have to get reimbursed more than just for the nights stay. The lady ****, stated she could offer me a 30 dollar discount and 3000 points. Over the next few days the bed bug bites that I still have pictures of filled over a majority of my body and they were painful and itchy. I was starting a new job and had to show up with these covering me. I also had to take significant and costly precautions to make sure I didn't spread them. I sent **** as well as corporate, emails since I never even got the discount, and didn't receive any of the points that were promised to me. I asked for a full refund and **** stated she would refund and give me again the 3000 points, and corporate said they would wait for the response for the management. Well I waited and checked my ****** account, and there was no refund as promised. and nothing from the company I used to pay for the hotel. I again reached out to **** and I didn't get a response. Then I reached out again, still nothing so I reached out to corporate again and they said that management had stated they had taken care of it. Which it still has not. And I won't do a phone call because I want a record of everything.
