I spent something like 2800$ on these injectors just for them to fail with in 3000 miles, a master ase diesel tech told me that I need to replace all injectors because one went out and caused low fuel pressure to the others and that they would likely fail in less than a year, I've paid more in repair bills then what the injectors cost. The injector on #5 cylinder failed because an o ring swelled up. They said would give me 500$...... So basically they don't care about there customers or the mechanics that actually give good advice. The manager likes to talk like a mechanic but has no clue how this stuff works. I want my money back and a call from the owner of the company him self to explain to me why if his product fails and I'm now completely unsatisfied, why I can't get my money back. I don't want to talk to the manager because all she wants to do is argue. I will also mention that the manager at Warren said since I originally ordered these through kc turbo that if kc turbo said that I could be refunded in full that Warren would honor that, I contacted kc turbo the guy I talked to said if that is what Warren said then I will refund you in full, well that didn't happen so I'm sure the manager at Warren is blowing smoke up my rear. Thanks for letting me down kc turbo, and Warren diesel injection.

Mr. ***** called Warren in regards to an oring failure. It would have been as simple as replacing the oring and reinstalling the injector by his mechanic as the oring seal kit is under $20. He was not happy with that so we offered to go a step further and send him a new injector instead. Mr. ***** was also not happy with that option. These injectors were purchased by him thru a dealer of ours just shy of being 2 years old and came from the manufacture. We do not reman those in house. How ever still trying to do our part we offered to buy them back as he wanted to go with ford injectors. He was also not happy with that. Our products are covered under warranty for part failures. We do not offer a full refund for product that has been ran for nearly 2 years. Full credits apply only to unused product. Our offer still stands if he willing to get it resolved.

    Regards.

Bought a long block motor from warren diesel. Paid a core charge along with paying for the price of the new longblock. I was warned several times by several shops around me about Warren diesel denying people's core money back. Stubborn I was paid the money and core charge $1200. I received my new long block. Installed the long block, sent out my old long block. They tell me my long block is no good and only send back 250 dollars of MY money after they just got paid 11k for the motor. No where in an agreement did I agree to warren has the right to negotiate core funds. I want my FULL core deposit.

*** ******, Did purchase a 6.0 long block from us. How ever to receive a full core credit the block must be rebuildable. *** ******s block had spun main bearings which damaged the block to the point it is not rebuildable. We did give him a credit for other parts of the engine on his block. We also have an option to send us a good block for full credit.
