I went to Universal dentistry for dentures upper and lower. They created the dentures and the problem I have is they don't stay in. They said to use denture adhesive which I tried several different types and that doesn't work. They said there is not enough bone matter for them to stay in. I asked why wasn't I told that before we even started. If I knew they wouldn't stay in I never would of wasted so much time, effort and money. They keep implying that they did their services and basically too bad. I also told them that my teeth were actually larger then what they made and they said we will do anything to make you happy but in the end it was basically you're screwed. I was looking forward to finally get my dentures but this place of business doesn't care if you are happy or not with them. They just want your money and that's it. I hope you can help me Thank you ********

I had a tooth implant and after 1 year the procedure was complete. Two months later the filling fell out and they would not repair it unless I paid an additional charge. The filling was obviously not put in correctly for it to fall out so quickly.

I was given false information regarding denture implants, I was told on day 1 that I could use my current dentures to be implanted. They said I could get a horseshoe shaped top so I have use of my palette. Then I was charged 1858.00 for dentures cause mine couldn't be used. They had to make n use their own. They made a bite plate, then the preformed dentures. They were crooked. Had to be sent back out. They then charged me 2500.0 for surgery that would not take place for another month. The dentist told me that horseshoe dentures cannot be made for the tops. I contacted them n told them I want my money back and was instructed to fill out a form and they would decide if and how much I am to get reimbursed. I want ALL of my money back. I was totally mislead.

Went for a consultation for partial dentures. Was shown different partial options and choose regular partials because the flex option was too expensive. Impressions were taken and I advised the staff that I was going to have 2 teeth removed. Amy told me that was not a problem, because they would mark the two teeth to be removed and the impressions would be made with the two teeth removed. The dentist came out and advised me that he could remove the two teeth, but I advised him that I would have the extractions done at the facility where I had dental coverage. I came back and had the partials fitted and shaved down, and was told as soon as my teeth were extracted, my temporary partials would be fitted until my gums healed and the swelling goes down and then the permanent partials would be fitted. When I arrived this morning, Amy advised me that I signed up for full dentals. I was stunned!! How do you take impressions for partials, and arrive at the dentist office and told you requested full dentures. What happened to my impressions for the partials? How do you make a ful denture out of partial impressions? I want my money returned because I did not agree, nor did I request full dentures. This company has underhanded practices and cloak and dagger tactics!!! I cannot believe this happened to me. I contacted the finance company and filed an escalation report to have my money returned.
