    MowBusters owner Tyler J****** was contracted for lawn care services at my home in New Cumberland, PA from April-July of this year. Tyler required pre-payment (no big deal), which I paid each month as request. At first Tyler showed up on the schedule days close to the agreed upon time and then not at all. Tyler and his staff were paid for weekly services that became nearly impossible to have rendered. First, his truck broke down, then his mower was broken, later it was unreliable staff, finally it was Tyler who just didn’t show or communicate period. When Tyler would show up it was not on the agreed upon Monday’s, it was Saturday or I was ignored for days and he would communicate back days later that he would get to me, on his own schedule.
    At the end of July, I informed Tyler that I would like him to finish out July and moving forward his services would no longer be need. I requested he refund me the amount I was due. Tyler ignored me for a week, showed up once again when it was convenient for him for the final mow, and has never refunded me. I have contacted him several times since to try to resolve the matter and unfortunately he has never responded or refunded me any amount.
    Working with MowBusters and Tyler has been extremely difficult over the past four months and I would strongly advise against working with him for any services.
