    I just pulled my credit history and found that Accts Advoc #**** is reporting that I owe $2,628.00 as of 4/22/22. I never received a bill and all my bills are paid off. Tried to contact them at ************ and I get sent to voice mail. Left messages no return call. It shows that I owe but does not show any payments or monthly payments. I want this removed from my credit history and an explanation of why this is on my credit history.

    This company is unlawfully harassing me threatening me and discriminating over the phone trying to collect a bill for 274 when I owe 206 dollars i asked them to send me a letter stating that I would pay the 206 dollars to settle the account in full and the refuse I complain about them violating the credit fair act because of the way that they are treating me and other people , they have horrible reviews, they are facing a lot of violations against the consumer credit act. They sent me to collections for the 274 dollars without any notification against my information rights and they never sent me the invoice or the letter for payment, they keep asking me to pay the 206 without any proof of payment and the fact that they sent me to collections for 274 proofs that they were not going to honor their word , I am willing to pay immediately for the 206 but I need the letter or invoice of pay in full and I need them to immediately remove me from collections and that they send the notification to the the credit agencies so they remove it from my credit report and that they stop unlawfully threatening me and harassing me . What they did by sending me to collections unlawfully without a warning was a way of trying to collect debt against the credit fair act that affects my credit and I am requesting that it gets corrected immediately

    I was recently contacted by ******* in regards to an collections bill from our local ambulance squad. There was an issue with my insurance company causing an issue with payment. ******* was extremely helpful to begin with and helped me resolve the issue other than there was $300 in fees. I received no explanation to these fees and when I asked her who I needed to talk to in order to get these refunded she said the Ambulance squad was refusing to refund it. So I called the ambulance squad and they were saying its the collections agency. I called ******* back and her tone was completely absurd. All I was asking for was help or an explanation to get these fees removed because $300 is A LOT of money and the payment issue was on my insurance company (who is refusing to help with these fees) ******* was extremely rude, yelling and said a lot of unprofessional things. Proceeded to say I am just mad I am not getting my way, stated she helped me all she could help me, said If i can't afford $300 to do a payment plan. I asked to speak with someone else and she refused to transfer me and said no one could help me and then sent me to a dead voicemail.All I am doing is trying to ask what I can do about these fees because I have never had issues with this before and it was an insurance issue. The way ******* treated me as an customer was absolutely disgusting.
