      ***** ******** (Service Tech) was very professional and did what he could to correct issues from our installation. He couldn't complete due to other issues noticed. But he explained all to us prior to leaving. Highly recommend *****

      I cant even tell you how pleased we are with our experience with West Shore. 1 full bathroom and a very complicated shower later and we couldnt be happier. The customer service by ****, ****, **** N, and ******* *. Was exceptional and the quality far exceeded our expectations. Thanks team!

      ******* T and ******* L did a terrific job on our shower when they put it in on May 5 Im enjoying it so much, **** and ******* came this morning and put in the master bathroom shower and they done a great job too. Those are four great guys You ought to be proud to have him. I would highly recommend him. Thank you so much.

      ****, ***** and ***** were great! Courteous, professional and very thorough. I am so pleased with my new floors and their attention to detail. I would definitely recommend these fellows to anyone wanting a Westshore flooring install!

      West Shore did a terrible job . They left the walls un completed and unpainted. I had a shower door , but they said no shower door . Curtain rod instead . The smell is terrible . Smells like raw sewage all day every day 24/7 . I called several times and it goes to voice mail and they don't return my calls . I also text them a several times and they didn't return text message . They charged me almost ****** dollars and its disgusting how them left the bathroom . disgusting . the charge was for to replace the small shower stall replace the vanity and sink . And replace the toilet . the floor boards all the walls was terared out and left unfinished. They were to days and I gave them water or soda to drink . My bathroom is small 6x6 and to charge almost ****** dollars at 17% interest . Had to make monthly payments the next month. I am so sorry that I called them to update the my room . DISGUSTING .
