it took 6 months for my shower to be installed. i have called multiple times for service request for them to fix issues that they damaged and still no one has called back. Going on 9 weeks and still nothing. When I call they assure me someone will contact me. Regional Manager and Install manager were supposed to contact me and come by as well, still nothing.

Westshore advertises one day service. It took them five different days to try to install my shower properly. They never have fixed two issues but they are promising compensation. I would never recommend them to anybody else

My request to remodel my shower was taken in May, but service wasn't completed till August. The initial order was taken by Salesman Joshua B. who went over various shower models to include specific shower doors, but on the installation date the shower was remodeled without a shower door, a curtain was added in its place. I found myself going back and forth with West Shore Reps trying to rectify this issue. I stressed the entire goal was to upgrade my current shower to include a door. Local West Shore manager Eric claimed they never received a request to include a door, and insisted that I pay an additional amount $900 to install the door. I did eventually pay to enhance the shower with a door, at the first visit the wrong door was installed, a separate time was set up to install a door to ensure I could enter the shower without hitting my head. The project was pricey and a lot of time lagged while West Shore and I attempted to bring this project to a close.
This was a very disappointing experience I felt deceived by being forced to pay the additional $900 to receive an item that I asked for initially at meeting with Joshua. I originally reached out for advice on installing a door to my previous shower, after discussing shower options with Joshua, i decided to upgrade the entire shower to include the door.

We sincerely apologize to Mr. Mack for the miscommunication during his design consultation. To make this right for him we sold him the shower door at a 50% discount.

False advertisement, bait and switch. TV advertisements are filled with lies and deception. My mother is 88 years old and we have been taken advantage of.
The pipes underneath our tub busted & we had to have them repaired. Our neighbors found out about our situation they highly recommended West Shore Homes. They hired West Shore to replace their old pipes and install a bathroom shower. Their shower looks beautiful. We hired WSH to replace our piping and install a new tub and ours is a mess and ugly.
Jenna, the sales lady, showed up on Oct 3, 2022, measured incorrectly, there was no 2nd measurement. The top of the shower wall is off 4-8 inches, due to tapering, which left a big gap at the top. The installers told us it was because they do not go over 98", lie. The install started on Nov. 4, 2022 a month later. One day installation is & was a lie since they still have not finished as of today Nov, 19, 2022. Minimal disruption is another lie. They showed up around 8:30 on the day of the install and were still here at 8pm and were not finished, we actually had to ask them to leave. They did not put down any protective covering to prevent dirt and dust from flowing throughout the house. They left filthy-grease-like hand prints on our walls and broke a part of the frame around the outside of the bathroom door. It took us 3 days to clean up their mess. They broke a piece of a tile off the wall and put something in the bathroom sink heavy enough to break the drain stopper. The tub enclosure itself had several nicks, a scratch on the back wall and they did a poor job chalking. Standing in the tub there are creaking sounds, that tell us it is not attached properly. Base and wall trim are not squared up leaving gaps. Since Nov 4, four different people have come and taken pictures of all the mistakes above saying they will let headquarters know and get back with us.
So far, we are very dissatisfied and regretful that we hired them. They deserve ZERO stars.

We have heard Mr. Evan's frustration and responded in true West Shore Home fashion. Our General Manager has personally contacted Mr. Evans and will be overseeing his project until Mr. Evans is totally satisfied. At West Shore Home we have issues arise with less than 1% of our projects. When an issue does arise we will always own our mistakes, do what is right, and stand by our customer to ensure complete satisfaction.

West Short basically removed my master bathroom for a very high price tag in fact. The workmanship left a lot to be desired and it took me numerous phone calls to get a representative to come review the work. The end result was trying to "fill" in the gaps between the wallboard and the new shower walls with calk. There remain large gaps between the wallboard and the shower walls. The end product does not measure up to the slimest of standards. The hardware used was also the least expensive and I had to replace the shower head after only a few weeks. I have pictures of the final product and I want to warn others of being taken advantage of by this company.

Mr. P******'s project was installed in January of 2020. We received Mr. P******'s communication and immediately sent our Installation Manager to personally visit his home the same day. We have identified the issue with his wall and have a plan in place to fix it. Our General Manager will also be reaching out to Mr. P****** to ensure his is completely satisfied.

WestShore did send a representative to inspect my bathroom and have stated they will redo the installation totally. When that is done and completed to my satisfaction, I will remove my review. I look forward to having this work done.

This is by far the most incompetent company I have ever Dealt with. Promised one day installation =lie , put holes in my dry wall and left it for me to repair, unprofessional messy chalking job that looked as if a toddler did it, put an u even drain in which means you can’t stand in the showers comfortably defective water temperature gauge that burnt me and my grand daughter, absolutely horrible experience, literally thousands of dollars for horrible work even left the shower dirty after they installed it.

We have heard Ms. H******* concerns and responded in true West Shore Home fashion. We immediately sent our master plumber and General Manager to her home to address any and all issues. We successfully resolved all issues except one as we needed a specialty tool. We offered to return the following day but that did not fit her schedule. We are returning at a date picked by her as that was the earliest she was available. We have issues arise with less than 1% of our projects, but when we do we will always own, stand by our customers and do the right thing to ensure they are 100% satisfied.

I called about a quote on a storm door. They gave me an appointment. Then they called back to tell me I had to replace my door as well. It’s new and doesn’t need to be replaced and I sensed something fishy so I canceled the appointment and hung up. They called me back today on a recorded line. All I said was that I cancelled my appointment and that I wanted them to stop harassing me. And I hung up. Why were they calling me on a recorded line? Did they think they could get me to say something they could call a commitment? Caveat Emptor!

I would give them no stars. $9000.00 for a shower that has proven they are simply liars. My shower after 10 months already the caulking is breaking down. I was told not to use comet to clean, and I haven’t. The non stain blah blah blah is nothing short of complete garbage.
      The installation was a nightmare.
I had my own shower head but if I installed it my warranty was canceled. Are you kidding me.
It is a bait and switch advertising campaign.
When you watch the commercials with the shower door if you have one installed then your warranty is voided.
In my option They are a horrible company with no integrity.
I wish I had never had any dealing with them. Go get a real plumber and get a real bathroom contractor. You will spend much. Much less.

We apologize to Ms. B****** for her frustration but what she is saying is simply not accurate. Using her own shower head, or installing a shower door supplied by someone else will not void her warranty. The only things that would not carry a West Shore Home warranty would be the shower head and shower door as we did not supply or install those items. All other aspects of her project would still be covered under her warranty. Ms. B****** has not contacted us regarding any issues with her caulking but we will reach out to her immediately and address any issues she has.
