    I have been submitting my medical claims for two years and no matter how in-depth I fill out my submission, I get a response (usually two months later) informing me they need more information (which by the way is already part of the original submission). I have even sent a top-sheet pointing out all detailed information they have asked for. It is quite evident that the claims coders that input information in the ******** system are lacking or showing a lack of skill or competence; bungling or clumsy. I have to submit my claims to ******** as they are primary before I can submit to my secondary. Because I see a non-******** provider, it is as if I am being penalized. I do spend a great deal of money on my health. ******** (Novitas) needs train their claims processing personnel to fully read what is being submitted. Each time I submit and resubmit, it takes two-three months each - to receive response. My opinion is the individual that processes the claim should have a code to reflect who worked the claim so they can be tagged for more education. Currently if I could, id fire all of them and start over again.
