    This place is the absolute worst.. My entire family went here as well as my newly 1 year old and got sick afterwards. Could barely make it home, had to pull over at the ********'s and puke. We were also told by the manager that they would not even consider refunding us let alone speaking to us for more than five seconds without going to the hospital. Almost all of the food had a sour/rotten taste. Silly of us to eat there and continue to after that first bite, but you don't think anything of it until you're puking your guts out. We could barely even finish our food, by the way. Very very nervous about my son eating the food that was being served there.. Trash is better than what they served there. Not to mention employees and waitresses walking around recording people eating..

    First of all, we would like to apologize for your underwhelming experience. We have investigated what have happened that day. It was miscommunication and misunderstanding that led to your server neglecting to remove your plates off your table. The language barrier could be very challenging for immigrants. Most importantly, as ******, we are also minority. We would never tolerate any type of prejudice behavior base on race. However with that being said, thats not an excuse for us to make you guys feel that way. We will conduct series diversity and sensitivity training to better our customer service. We understand we cant please everyones palates. We are extremely sorry that the manager wasnt able to fulfill your request for a refund because of the nature of buffet restaurant in general. However, in different situations we should have the ability to be more flexible in order to give our customer the best experience. We are more than happy to issue the refund. Please call ********** and ask for **** to resolve this issue. Hopefully we have addressed your concerns.
