    Absolutely great job on a total front door - storm door and casing replacement. Greg and Anna came to our home and showed us numerous options for our front door. Anna was so helpful with her remodel knowledge. Greg knew the exact type of door we needed - helpful. Measurements taken before job was started. Installers were friendly and very precise with their work. Cleaned completely during and after the install. Everything received ‘as ordered’. Very satisfied with the finished look. Your Bath and Kitchen does a wonderful job with DOORS also. We would highly recommend this company.

    Our experience:
    - Sales presentation was high pressure to 'buy now', but we knew what we wanted went with it.
    - Knowing there were supply chain issues, we asked about backlog and timing and he said they'd start in 8 weeks and complete in 2 weeks.
    - Fast-forward 9 months, they still had not started OR EVEN CONTACTED US TO LET US KNOW WHY (we reached out 3 separate times and each time were 'guaranteed' they would start within a month... obviously they failed to meet those promises.
    - We consulted a lawyer and sent a demand letter for a refund. We received a phone call a few days later and they scheduled us immediately.
    - Our lawyer suggested against starting the job, but Greg threatened us with a legal fight -- we should have listened to our lawyer.
    - When they finally started, the first thing they did was come in and cut up our current countertop... only realize they misordered our cabinets! Greg refused to pay for rush order so we waited another month before they restarted work. Having a 6yr old and a 1yr old, this made life miserable and DANGEROUS (since they left some sharp equipment out and the countertop was now cut and unsecured).
    - Greg also decided not to do all the work we were promised because "it wasn't on the contract" despite verbally communicating the design while reviewing the contract with us in writing. How were we supposed to know what was common enough to not be written (such as "bottoms", etc.).
    - Greg repeatedly cut costs where he could and despite not being time & materials contract, he would say if things cost more we owed him more, but if they cost less he gets to keep savings.
    - Eventually they finally "finished" the job, but the quality of work was subpar, and we had tons of work we had to do.

    I would not recommend this company to anyone, the worst customer service I ever dealt with. Had my kitchen cabinets refaced and new doors installed 8/30/22. Two months later one of the doors fell off another one is getting ready to come off. I tried to contacted Greg numerous times to send someone out to repair them. The response I got if I got one at all, we will send someone out to repair them or I will get back to you, which he never did. I called so may times it went to voice mail I am sure when he saw my number come up he sent it to his voice mail. When Greg got his $15000.00 he was no ware to be found. All he is interested in is the money he could care less about the customers. So if Greg comes knocking don't let him in.

    Greg said 10 wks 70 days he would remodel my bathroom. After 20 wks. 140 days I call Greg and ask for my deposit to be return. Greg calls back and says NO REFUNDS. Greg tells me I need to understand his guy is out on FMLA. I tell Greg that my only bathroom is not functioning properly. Return my deposit. May, June,July. Aug, Sept, Oct, Nov, Dec, jun...No Bathroom. Scammer?

    Contract stated 10-11 weeks to complete bathroom remodel. 20 weeks later still no install date. Installer out on medical leave at minimum 3 more weeks Repeatedly asked for the floor samples never received them. Salesman was extremely rude, stated he was going the throw the parts in my yard, and even resorted to name calling. It has been a horrible experience.??
