    August 15, 2023 was my wife's birthday. We ordered items from Domino's Pizza to celebrate. After our order arrived, one of the items that I paid for, sixteen count bread bites, were missing. My daughter called Domino's to inform them of the situation. She was told that someone would come back to our home with the bread bites. So, we waited for a little over an hour and no one came. My daughter then called a second time to report that we were still waiting for the bread bites. She was assured that the item was still on the way. Again we waited, this time for almost two hours with no items delivered. As a last resort, I then called and spoke to the manager. I told him about the situation and remided him of his responsibilities. I told him that I didn't care if he had to deliver the bread bites himself, I paid for them and wanted them delivered. He then asured me that the bread bites would be delivered by the next available driver. Well the night went by and they never delivered my bread bites. The next day I went in person to dominoes and spoke to the same manager. He told me that he decided not to deliver my bread bites because he thought that I was "Hostile" to him over the phone the previous night. At this point in time I requested a refund which he would not give me. I am extremely dissatisfied with the lack of service this Domino's location failed to provide me with. I don't want store credit or the bread bites, I want the $3.99 that I am owed by the owner of this business. If I do not receive my money within a timely fashion, I plan on filing a complaint with my local magistrate.
