    Had a great start to our Window experience. However, once installation started the experience went from good to bad. They had 3 windows installed when they stopped and told us the remainder of the windows did not fit!! Their team, including the the boss-***, then proceeded to have an argument in our home. They went in a circle with the reason as to why the windows did not fit. First, they were going to have to make adjustments to all the outside flanges on our frame...then all of a sudden it was only the windows at the bay window. Long story short THEY DID NOT ORDER WINDOWS CORRECTLY. Own up to your mistake. We tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but had completely lost their trust. Not only did we catch *** in a few lies but he talked down about his team. He also said that his team was telling us it was a bad idea to cut the flanges because it was more work for them and they didn't want to do it. He even went as far as "if you go with these windows I'll give you 500$ off." I'm sorry but when your paying approximately "****** for windows 500$ is nothing. AND if I am paying that amount of money it better be done RIGHT. Oh let me tell you about how they broke snaps off of my blinds....never told me...sliced partially though the cord to my paper shredder that was sitting in front of my window...never told me sliced and diced trim that they had planned on reusing...it looked horrible. I will say that I eventually was able to speak to someone higher then *** and explained the situation. I tried to work with them but after all of this I was OVER it. Fortunately, they understood my frustration and gave me my deposit back. There was yet another catch though. *** then wanted me to have the 3 windows that were installed back to him in I believe it was 2 months time or I would be charged for those windows...hmm...it took them longer then that to get the windows in, and I had to get another company to come out and start all over. Toms boss did extend the time.
