    Our last try of contacting the owner was October 4, 2021, to come out and finish our project. Our project was to have a 28x25 foot concrete pad poured. This project needed specific footers as a garage was being built on top of it. In order to make the concrete pad level with our driveway, the ground needed to be dug out. From the begining, Jake had no clue what exactly he was doing. We kept asking questions to be sure he had the help, and knowledge that he needed to complete this "small project" as he said. He constantly had to rent equipment, which took extra days. Not to mention, those days he did rent equipment, he never did what he needed to do. He would be here a minimum of an hour and really only move the equipment off the trailer. Then tell us he would return. Eventually, he got someone else to help do the job. Except this other guy basically did all of the work, Measurements, digging, laid footers & sides, got all the necessary material to pour the concrete. All withing 36 hours. Then when Jake had the first concrete truck delivery, he left them back in our driveway. The truck was so heavy, it destroyed our driveway and sunk it. Thus, we now had to have our driveway redone. The concrete ramp leading to the pad was not poured straight and just filled in where ever. Jake promised he would be back to cut a straight line and repair the ramp. He returned one time to fix the low spots. In which he took ready mix concrete and just slapped on top. Said he had to leave and that he would be back to sand it all down. We contacted several times after that for him to return to finish. There was always an excuse or he never showed. In which we had to do it all ourselves.
