    I went into a contract with Berchock Electrical Services on February 11th, 2024. I paid them $9,000.00 on February 20th, 2024 upfront for materials, unforeseen, and labor. The business committed to providing installation of materials and then was to receive more for labor after the work was completed. Most, not all, of the materials were purchased and abandoned at the job site. The work was barely started and never even close to completed. The company worked a half day on the job and abandoned the project completely. I tired contacting them many times to finish the work only to be met with excuses and nothing was ever done. I tried contacting them about coming to pick the project up after almost six months of no work being done and was never met with a response. I gave the company even more time to produce an itemized receipt of materials and labor after I found another company to complete the job and still have received no response from Berchock. All I would like is a receipt from the company with explanation of charges and any money not used for the project to be refunded.
