    I purchased a brand of your Salt and malt vinegar potato chips on December 6th 2022, and I was not at all satisfied. This bag of potato chips just tasted very much like plain potato chips, and if that is what I wanted that is what I would have gotten. I only ate a few of the potato chips because they were so nasty, and as much as a bag of your chips cost, you would think that they taste like what the bag describes them as.I would like a refund of the $4.00 that I paid for this disappointing bag of chips, I work hard for my money, and am disappointed, I usually love your brands of potato chips, but I found these to be unsatisfactory.

    I’ve attached the email sent to ****** ***** about Complaint ID ******** ****** *****. I have processed a refund check and will mail it out with replacement coupons and the attached letter when it’s cut, it usually takes a week after processing.

    This purported company are shysters who do not care about product quality or their customers. I USED to purchase Boulder chips frequently, but have changed to a much better brand that stands behind their products. After purchasing and attempting to consume their Classic Chips I realized they were stale, so I put them in a bag & called the company, gave them my upc code & other information they demanded from the bag and they promised to send replacement coupons. After 1 month of not receiving the coupons or a refund I called again and the clerk told me my coupons went to a wrong address and she swore she would resend them. After another month & not receiving the coupons I called again, repeated my mailing address but still NOTHING! Boulder Chips needs to be put out of business. I lost money with them...I still have the bag of chips! RUN FROM THESE LIARS!

    I love your potato sticks but this summer I’ve purchased at least four cans and they have been stale. I really hope you didn’t change the recipe because I will have to switch to another potato stick I am very disappointed ! I am not sure if I should try again but I’m really upset because I really love them as a snack. thanks for listening!
