    In November of 2022 I purchased a ***** mower. It was used twice in 2022. This spring I tried to use the mower and after running for about 10 minutes I shut it off to move something in the way and when I tried to start the mower I could not get it to start. I contacted the dealer and returned the mower. After the dealer replaced the engine I had the same issue with the mower refusing to start. Again it went to the dealer and they told me there was a stop sale order on this model and said they had resolved the issue at *****s direction. Again the mower had the same non-start issue. The mower was returned to the dealer where they now state they are waiting for a part .So at this point I have been able to use the mower this year and wast a refund

    After submitting this complaint I was contacted by ***** and was told that the part that would solve the problem was overnight shipped to the dealer.  The dealer replaced the camshaft and stated the mower was fixed.  I took possession and ran the mower for about 30 minutes then shut it off.  After about ten minutes I tried to restart the mower but it would not start.  I contacted the dealer and they picked up the mower for assessment.  At this point I no longer want the mower and want a replacement or preferably a refund.

    In response to continued problems with the mower Atlantic Tractor has refunded the full purchase price.  This situation has been resolved.
