    I couldn’t get my car to pass inspection because of the rust. This took place in March of 2023. I took it to this garage TJ welding & Fabricating Garage. He said he could do it. He did the underneath and the rocker panels and when he got to the passenger side he caught it on fire. The carpet,the inside panel of the door and the passenger seat,and also burnt up the electrical wires! He said he was gonna replace everything and have it towed. He said he called the Insurance Company but he said he claimed it as a loss.The fire was on April 29thof 2023. So we waited months went by because he said the garages were booked out for 2months. I found a garage that could do it he just had to tow it there. He played that off as well. That was onJune 19th. Between the waiting and him offering me money to buy the car he wasn’t budging. I still owed him for the other half of the work, but I told him he ain’t getting no more money from me till he fixes the fire damage. Then later he says you don’t owe me nothing more I just wrote it up as a lost. So last night he text me August 3rd and said you need to come get this car tonight. Tomorrow it will be towed.I’m done with this car. He won’t answer my text. I had someone use straps behind ther pick up truck just to bring it home. I called the ******** Township police to see what my rights are he said contact the Better Business Bureau. Then file a civil law suit. I don’t think he has insurance on that garage or he took the money?? He wouldn’t give me the Insurance Company name so I could report it.
