    1. Date of Transaction 6/24/2023. 2. $3,000.00 was paid to start, ($5,000.00) total to be paid when finished. 3. Business provided remodeling of our kitchen would be finished in three to four weeks. 4. Dispute: It is now seven weeks, Job is not completed. Owner Tom S******** called our home repeatedly making excuses why he could not come to our home, days went by without him showing up. He rode a bike, and failed to tell us his driving licenses was suspended because of many DUI'S he had. Harassed the company we are working with for our kitchen cabinets (Nova Countertops in Erie, Pa), swore at them, lied and told them we are (expletive) at them for not getting our cabinets on time, which was not true and did it behind our backs, not knowing he called the company, (we found out from them that he did). He would call our home and tell us he would be over in the morning and he would never show up. Last straw, we ended up having to find another reliable contractor which Nova Cabinets helped us get, Tom S******** (owner and worker for this project never finished the job nor did he apologize, or attempt to accommodate us with finishing the project. Current contractor had to redue some of the work Tom S******** did because he did it wrong. We are asking for our $3,000.00 back (refund) for what he put us through, all his lying and not showing up to do the project he said he would do, and complete.

*** is lieing!  Not $3,000  I want my balance of $2,000 dollars.  None to them!  Cabinets ordered from Nova after the 3rd week.  I waited 3-4 for cabinets to come in.  Kitchen is ready still after 6 weeks for cabinets.  Nova lied about time frame.  No cabinets after 6 weeks.

*** lied!  On contract $2,000 to start not $3,000 like he said.  $1,000 was draw on contract.  *** let me go because his wife wasn't happy.  And another way of letting the contractor do all the hard way and then screw them!  He breached!

Cabinets ordered after the 3 weeks I was there.  I want the $2,000 for him breaching the contract!  When the cabinets did arrived (after 6 weeks), five of them had to be sent back because they where damaged.  Have to wait another 2-3 wks.  I have another customer that can't wait.  Major problems with Nova cabinets lieing and not having Quaility control.
