    I purchased a 2 stage furnace blower motor from this company on Oct. 5th. I paid extra to have the part expedited because I needed a furnace. I received the motor but it did not come with a gasket as it was supposed too which caused me to have to pay my HVAC repairman to locate one, which cost me more money. Once the motor was installed the furnace would not engage the furnace blower motor. After over an hour my HVAC repairman finally was able to determine the second stage of this motor did not operate. He checked it with an Ohm meter, no current was going to it. I initially tried to contact the company to just have them send a new one to replace the broken one. They never returned any of my calls so another one was ordered by my HVAC repairman. I have E mailed and called numerous times. I was supposed to be sent a form to return a broken part but now the company doesn't answer phone calls or E mails. I have called and left messages daily and sent numerous E mails with no response. Any help would be greatly appreciated

    6/4/24 -Placed order for the product in picture, is what I exactly need, was sent something different, wrong product. Left multiple Emails and phone calls and have received no reply and I'm left with a water heater that doe not work...I would like the correct item, as pictured or I would like a refund, please.
